SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow time to process and pack your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way.

PRINTS:  There is a 6 hour "pause" window on orders placed on prints.  This window is provided to allow you time to change of cancel an order.  After that window has elapsed orders on prints can not be changed or cancelled and no refunds will be provided.

 

SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days using Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on size. Flat rate shipping applies to orders shipping to the UK. We currently do not ship large original canvases outside of the UK.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping on all reprints, stationery & gifts: Delivery timelines are 8 to 20 days for international shipping but this can vary greatly depending on the destination. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Carol Mapley Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at carolmapleyart@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
